Shipping policy

Orders are usually shipped within 2 business days via Australia Post, and you’ll receive a tracking number once your order is sent.

Shipping rates:

• Domestic (Australia): $10

• International: $30

Estimated delivery times:

• Standard (within Australia): 5–7 business days

• Express (within Australia): 2–3 business days

• International: delivery time varies depending on destination — usually between 2–4 weeks.

Please note these are estimates — your tracking link will have the most accurate updates. If your package hasn’t arrived within 10 days (domestic) or 4 weeks (international), send us a message and we’ll follow up with Aus Post.
